By accessing or using DocTools.CC ("the Service"), operated by SuperCode LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

DocTools.CC provides free, online tools for document processing, including but not limited to PDF conversion, image manipulation, form generation, and related utilities. The Service is provided entirely free of charge, with no registration required.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, illegal, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload files that contain malware, viruses, trojans, or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, perform automated bulk requests, or launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our infrastructure.
• Upload highly sensitive, classified, or legally protected documents that you are not authorized to process.

You bear full responsibility for the content of the files you upload and the documents you generate using our templates.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Property: SuperCode LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the DocTools.CC platform, including its design, code, architecture, and branding.

Your Property: You retain all rights to the files you upload and the documents you generate. We claim no ownership over your content. Documents generated based on public domain forms (such as IRS W-9 or W-4 forms) belong to the public domain.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• Not Legal or Financial Advice: The templates and form generators provided on DocTools.CC (including but not limited to NDAs, Lease Agreements, and Invoices) are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.
• No Professional Guarantee: We make no guarantee that generated documents will be legally binding or suitable for your specific situation. You should consult a qualified professional (lawyer, accountant) before using any generated document for official business.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERCODE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in generated documents.

Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or the use of the Service is limited to $0.00.

7. File Processing & Retention

We process files automatically. All uploaded files and resulting processed files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 30 minutes after upload. We do not keep backups. If you fail to download your file within this window, you must upload it and process it again.

8. Third-Party Links & Affiliates

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SuperCode LLC. Some of these links are affiliate links (e.g., FreshBooks, TurboTax, LegalZoom, DocuSign). We may earn a commission if you click on these links and make a purchase. This comes at no additional cost to you.

We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or excessive rate limit violations (e.g., blocking abusive IP addresses).

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu County, Hawaii.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
